Tiffany Kelley  IG @coachtiffkelley
MS, NSCA CSCS, NASM PES, PN1, MovNat, SFL
Picture
Tiffany has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 15 years and is currently a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in Seattle, WA.  In 2018 she started Strength and Sand Retreats in an effort to combine her love of travel with her love of helping women to realize their true strength; inside and out.

She has worked with hundreds of women in fitness and mindset transformation programs, and has seen first hand that most women don't have the self love or confidence that they deserve, and very rarely do they take the time to fill up their own cup because they're so busy taking care of others.

Tiff has a mission to bring women of different backgrounds and experiences together for an empowering destination retreat that they'll never forget.

Stephanie Fowler  IG @iamcoachfowler
MS, SFG 1, NASM CPT
Picture
Stephanie overcame childhood obesity, worked her way on to play collegiate softball, and then discovered multiple ways to gain and lose the weight along the way.  She's a former high school teacher and softball coach turned Owner & Boss Lady of (em)POWERHOUSE Gym in Oklahoma City, OK.  She's also a bad ass blogger.  Check her out at iamcoachfowler.com.

She gets giddy with anything related to competition, coaching others, lifting heavy weights, swinging kettlebells, traveling, reading, writing, and hanging with her dogs.  Her days as a gym owner are full of sweat, high fives, laughter, vulnerability, and conversations that build the foundation for an empowering fitness community.

Kelly Ayala  IG @thebranchcounselingpllc
MS, LPC-S, RYT-200, MIIAN (cert)

Kelly is the owner of The Branch Counseling PLLC in Dallas, TX.  She helps teens and adults living with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic pain, social anxiety, and the shifts of life.  She is a neuroscience informed therapist, certified member of the International Association of Applied Neuroscience, Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness teacher.

Her vision is to help people heal from a brain-science approach and offer mind-body treatment options.  She doesn't shy away from her authenticity and harnesses the dynamic interplay between psychology, yoga, mind-body medicine and the science of the brain.  Her unconventional approach to therapy is a breath of fresh air and highlights the importance of connection.
